 ANNOUNCEMENTS

 

1.           Members and visitors to our church, WELCOME!  For our guests,

we have a guest book on the information table next to the parking lot entrance if you would like to sign in.  Also on this table, you will find lots of information for anyone who would like it on our religion, our church and the national organization that we are affiliated with.  Help yourself!  In the pew racks here are cards you can fill out if you would like to be added to our mailing list, inquire about joining our church or other questions.  Feel free to use them and place them in the collection plate.

 

2.           On the desk we keep our "birthday church" for those who wish to make a donation at the time of their birthday.  Proceeds will go to the purchase of cards and flowers for those members who are ill or suffer the loss of a loved one.

 

3.           We have a healing chest on the platform.  If you know of someone who is ill or needs prayer, put their name, where they live and the date on one of the papers provided and place it in the healing chest.  Prayers will be sent to them during our healing services each week.

 

  4. In our kitchen area we have a box for collecting non-perishable

      food items which we donate to the Salvation Army. Please bring

      your non rusted, outdated or bulging cans so we can fill our box

      and help those in need right here in Bay City. We also are

      collecting personal items for the Women’s and Children’s shelter

      at the Good Samaritan Rescue Mission in Bay City.  See the wish

      list attached to the collection box to see what they need.  We

      send items and a monetary tithe quarterly.   

    

5.  Tues. Night classes continue.  Beginning Meditation

     alternates with Advanced Meditation at 7 PM each week.           

     Sunday Dev. Classes continue at 11:30 and 12:30.  All are 

     Welcome!  All classes are $5.00.

 

6.  WORKSHOP SAMPLER DAY Feb. 20th beginning with a new

     Childrens Workshop at 10:30 AM and others in afternoon and

     evening sessions.  Click HERE.

 

7.  Our monthly Manifesting Circle continues on the first

     Sunday of every month, after the worship service.  Come lend your

     energy to the prayer and visualization for personal and world peace

     prosperity, and healing.  Lasts about 20 minutes.

 

8.  Keep an eye out for a link to purchase the CD

    by Rev. Spyker and Nancy Hall.  It features their favorite offerings

    from our church services and more! Watch for the link to purchase it

    as a download.

 

 9. Do you have an overdue library book at home?  Because we have

     so many books checked out by visitors and then not returned,

     we have had to close our lending library to non-members.  But

     for anyone who has not returned books in the last 6 months

    (or more!) we are now actively looking for you and our books!

     We have also decided to close the library on Psychic Saturdays.

11. Rev. Dave Heron will offer a Saturday workshop on Mar. 20th about

     The LOST BOOKS OF THE BIBLE.  It will include information on

     How the Bible was put together and why some books were omitted.

 

12.  Join us on May 22 for a workshop by Denise Iwaniw on Angels.

 

13.  May 30th we return to Summer service time of 7 PM.
